The nitrogen-Sulphur (NS) fertiliser with yellow granules
Dynamon is an integrated nitrogen-sulphur fertiliser (from OCI) and is recognisable by the added yellow granules. Dynamon stands out by combining nitrogen and sulphur fertilisation in a single granule, resulting in enhanced nitrogen use efficiency (NUE). Dynamon is hard, homogeneous, round, smooth, and dust-free, making it a high-quality and widely spreadable product, suitable for spreading over large widths exceeding 50 meters.

Choose Synergy for Optimal Efficiency
Dynamon represents the ideal nitrogen-sulphur fertiliser, merging the advantages of an optimal nitrogen-to-sulphur ratio of 4 to 1 with the optimal share of a 50% ammonium and 50% nitrate based nitrogen source. The application of Dynamon ensures a reliable supply of sulphur for most crops until the time of harvest. The positive synergy between sulphur and nitrogen can be expected to result in optimal yield and high quality.
Benefits of Dynamon:
Increased nitrogen efficiency by combining Sulphur in order to get a synergy effect
Optimal N/S ratio for all crops
Directly available nutrients for the crop
Minimises ammonia losses
Uniform, hard, round granules with an even distribution of N and S
Recognisable by the yellow granules that represent the always consistent quality
Uniform spreading pattern over wide widths (50> meters)
Targeted supply of sulphur for optimal yields and high quality

In France the amount of sulphur is most of the time formulated as percentage of Sulphur trioxide (% SO3). In the rest of Europe the amount of sulphur is formulated in the elementary form (% S).
In the end it does not matter whether SO3 or S is printed on the label. You can easily calculate it yourselves. 1 S = 2,5 SO3
Meaning of synergy: ‘’the interaction or cooperation of two or more substances or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects’’
The crops need sulphur to efficiently use nitrogen. This is because nitrogen and sulphur are both demanded together in a lot of vital processes within the plant. When you understand this it is also more logical that applying both nitrogen and sulphur at the same time results in a higher NUE and therefore higher yield and better quality.
The nitrogen/sulphur ratio in Dynamon is 24% N and 7% S. Yes this is the right ratio for your crop. This ratio is adapted and beneficial for all crops (rape seed, sugar beets, wheat, etc... .) To explain this it is important to understand that crops need sulphur to process nitrogen. Keeping this in mind its logical that crops with a high nitrogen demand also have a high sulphur demand.

Because of the positive synergy between nitrogen and sulphur the nitrogen use efficiency improves resulting in higher yields and higher quality. The higher yield with the same amount of supplied nitrogen on the same land results in a lower environmental impact. This lower impact is important for the whole environment. Because of the improved NUE, less nitrogen is leaching into the deeper soils and waters. This is good for your surrounding biodiversity.

Adding sulphur with the first fertiliser application is vital for the development of the crop. But since the crop needs sulphur to efficiently use the added nitrogen it is important to have sufficient sulphur available every time nitrogen is applied. Spreading Dynamon from the first application of fertiliser till the last application instead of your usual CAN provides your crop with sufficient sulphur till harvesting season.
Well, nitrogen and sulphur have almost the same absorption rate. Most crops that have a higher nitrogen demand also have a higher sulphur demand. This is very logical if you take into account that the crop needs sulphur in order to process all the nitrogen you apply. If there is still sufficient sulphur available or not relevant in the final crop stages you can choose to spread Nutramon for the final spreading.
Sulphur serves many functions in plants. It is used in the formation of amino acids, proteins, and oils. It is necessary for chlorophyll formation, helps develop and activate certain enzymes and vitamins, and is a structural component of two of the 21 amino acids that form protein. When taking into account that sulphur has a vital role in optimising yield and oil content it’s safe to say that oil seed rape benefits from applying Dynamon with every fertiliser application. The sufficient availability of sulphur when growing oil seed rape can improve the yield with 7.6% compared to single nitrogen use.
OCI’s fertilisers are well known by the spreader producers. Therefore you can find spreading tables for Dynamon and Nutramon from most spreader brands
Most of the time your soil tests will point out that the available sulphur is not sufficient for the crop you are planning to farm. In this case Dynamon is the solution.
Sulphur is very important in improving your nitrogen use efficiency and also improving the yield and quality of your crop. With more and more people to feed, improving the yield becomes more important than it used to be. Improving the yield in a responsible way is also positive for your environmental footprint. Producing more yield on the same land with the same amount of fertiliser means less environmental impact.
With Dynamon you can generate more yield while using the same amount of Nitrogen. This is because nitrogen and sulphur work together in the crop, this is called a positive synergy. This positive synergy improves the nitrogen use efficiency, which helps you to stay below the nitrogen fertiliser limit and still generate enough yield. So by applying the amount of nitrogen allowed by the governmental boundary's it's still possible to generate a higher yield. Because of the improved NUE more of the applied nitrogen is taken up by the crop.
Storage restrictions differ from country to country. We advise to look up the restrictions for your region.
Dynamon is perfectly spreadable over large widths. The hard, round and dust-free granules are spreadable over a width of 50 meters.
